2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer a Cash on Delivery option for orders within India, subject to the following conditions:
- Availability: COD is available for select pincodes and a maximum order value (this limit will be clearly indicated during checkout).
- COD Fee: A nominal COD processing fee may be charged, which will be added to your order total at checkout.
- Service Check: Please ensure your delivery address is serviceable for COD before selecting this option.
3. Important Payment Notes
- Pricing: All prices are inclusive of GST/applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- Billing Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). For international cards, the conversion rate will be applied by your bank.
- Failed Transactions: If your payment fails, please retry or try an alternate payment method. In case your amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually refunded automatically by the bank within 3–7 working days.
