All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order is processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Tirupati Jewellers exclusively uses Shiprocket, a reliable third-party logistics aggregator, to manage all domestic and international shipments. Shiprocket selects the best available courier service based on your location to ensure secure and timely delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch:

• Domestic (India): Typically 5–7 working days.
• International: Varies by destination, usually 10–20 working days.
• Note: Delivery times can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and destination of the order.
• We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders that exceed a specified value (details will be shown at checkout).
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees for international orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey through the Shiprocket tracking portal or the respective courier website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

• Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If a package is not delivered after these attempts, it may be held at the local delivery center or returned to us.
• If a package is returned due to an incomplete/wrong address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
