Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch:
- Domestic (India): Typically 5–7 working days.
- International: Varies by destination, usually 10–20 working days.
- Note: Delivery times can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, volume, and destination of the order.
- We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders that exceed a specified value (details will be shown at checkout).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees for international orders.
5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
- Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If a package is not delivered after these attempts, it may be held at the local delivery center or returned to us.
- If a package is returned due to an incomplete/wrong address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
