Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Returns/exchanges will only be accepted with the original bill/invoice.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Mandatory Proof: Customers must record an unboxing / 360° parallel opening video at the time of receiving the product. This serves as proof in case of damage, missing items, or wrong delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery.
• Discounted or sale items (unless specifically stated).
• Items damaged due to exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must report it within 12–24 hours of delivery. Proof such as photos and the mandatory opening video may be requested for verification.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product is received and passes a quality check at our warehouse.
• Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Standard timeline for refunds: 5–7 working days after inspection.

5. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, customers may choose to exchange the product for another of equal or higher value. If the exchange product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

6. Return Shipping

• For regular returns, the shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product sent by us, return shipping will be free of cost.

7. Important Notes

• Minor variations in color, design, or shine (due to photography or screen settings) will not be considered valid reasons for return.
• The life and shine of artificial jewellery depend on proper care. Customers are advised to avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
